No data recovered means no fee, so by all means let me take a look. There are extra options available that I can discuss with you if required.
Option 1: Data recovered up to 20GB – £65.00
Option 2: Data recovered over 20GB – £140.00
(or supply your own external storage – £85.00)
Option 3; Data recovered over 250GB – £170.00
(or supply your own external storage – £120.00)
The extra in Option 2/3 is to cover the cost of supplying a suitable storage to store your data on as DVDs are not suitable for large data. You are welcome to supply your own hard drive/USB storage should you have any suitable. Please bring it with you when you drop the faulty equipment off.
Please note that some hardware disassembly may be required to get your data back.
